sights: It isn't necessary to use the Sawyer Camp Trail, (you can remain on Skyline), but if you have the time to ride the trail around the San Andreas Res., it is beautiful and car-free!
water: lots of water stops along Sawyer Camp Trail, there are shopping centers that can be seen from Skyline as well, but you would have to get off of Skyline to fill up.

comments: This is a great route for commuters who live in SF and commute to various routes along the peninsula! I discovered this after being "bumped" from CalTrain during my morning commute to work due to too many bikes on the train! If you try this during the PM be pre-pared for HEADwinds!
