It has barely been ridden, and is thus in like-new condition. It was recently serviced at a bike shop just to make sure everything was still in top condition, and it is. The owner just never got the hang of it and "some day" never came. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this bike other than I need to get some dust off it and check the air pressure in the tires.
It has never been wrecked, laid down, collided with, or abused in any way. The crank system is SRAM X-7. It has a triple front crank set with 9 gears on the back. The front wheel is 20", rear wheel is 26". It has the Reynold's 500 tubing frame and the Rad-Loc seat clamp which allows for your seat adjustment exactly where you want it. The seat is the most comfortable seat you will find on a bike. The riser for the handlebars is adjustable for comfortable arm extension. Extra's installed on this beautiful red , lwb recumbent are front and back fenders, two water bottle holders, kick stand, and a speedometer. I am asking $1000 and may consider a REASONABLE offer. Recycled Recumbents Mach 2, $550 plus shipping. Budget Tour Easy style long wheelbase. Features upgraded shifters and rear derailer. Fits ex-seams from about 42"-47", rider height 5'9" to 6'1" thereabouts. This bike was purchased directly from Recycled Recumbents and required a fair amount of shaking down and tweaking. The fork was out of whack in several ways and the seat supports were crooked. These were promptly replaced by RR and professionally installed by Easy Street. The bike now rides better than it did originally. So not only does this Mach 2 cost less than a "new" one, you don't have to go through all the hassle of making it run right. Owner is selling because he has upgraded to a Sun EZ-Sport. The Mach 2 is a low cost way to get started with a recumbent. Most likely you will want to upgrade after a while, but then you can re-sell this bike for what you paid for it. Weighs 32 pounds with kickstand.
