Because of the population threshold we had set for our NBG Anchor Cities<\/a><\/strong>, the principal cities that lie on our route to connect San Francisco with Washington, DC, Davis had been nested with Sacramento. That changed when, as director of the National Bicycle Greenway, I returned to the USA and landed here from Ireland in the early summer of 2015. When it became evident that the 66,000 people who live here had created a bicycle utopia well beyond compare, I went to work learning as much as I could about it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Because there is so much to celebrate about Davis Biking, these pages are a healthy representation of what the cyclist can expect to experience here. However there is just so much going on for the pedal powered way in Dsvis\u00a0that I marvel at all the magic I even still regularly discover.<\/p>\n
