A lot of the reason I am here in Indianapolis to enjoy this is because of Ray R Irvin<\/strong> . Known as Mr. Greenway<\/strong>, I have also come to learn that for his work on the riverfront that I\u2019m writing about now for How Indianapolis Built America<\/strong><\/a>, he was awarded the Distinguished Hoosier Award<\/strong> by the governor of the state, Frank O\u2019Bannon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
