Americans are flocking to urban areas, congesting city streets and creating market demand for solutions that increase street flow without adding gridlock. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"79\" width=\"518\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ih.constantcontact.com\/fs117\/1102329622679\/img\/923.png?resize=518%2C79\" alt=\"923.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Studies show that homes near bicycle infrastructure appreciate in value more than equivalent houses away from bike lanes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
