A<\/span>t the end of last August, when we did our first Tour of Dublin, Ireland <link<\/a>>, bike activist councillor and former Lord Mayor, Andrew Montague, expressed a desire to do\u00a0 a bigger ride next June.\u00a0 His fellow bike activist coucncillor, Ciaran Cuffe, felt the same way.
